1. Applicable agreement
The agreement governing a customer's use of SecuraVouch Credential Assurance depends on how the service is acquired.
2. Microsoft Marketplace subscriptions
Where SecuraVouch is acquired through Microsoft commercial marketplace, the transaction and subscription are governed by the Standard Contract for Microsoft’s commercial marketplace, the applicable Microsoft order, and any other terms expressly incorporated through that Marketplace transaction.

3. Other customer agreements
Where SecuraVouch is supplied under a separately signed agreement with securagen.ai, that agreement governs the applicable subscription and use of the service.
4. Microsoft services
SecuraVouch interoperates with Microsoft services including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Marketplace. Those Microsoft services remain subject to Microsoft's applicable terms and customer agreements.
